A gentleman who wanted to improve his chipped, crooked and yellowing teeth. Treatment was 4 months of simple orthodontics, followed by whitening and additive composite bonding.

Short term orthodontics to both straighten and level the teeth and open the bite (by James Metcalf), then place an implant on the upper right lateral incisor (by Dr Carl Manhem) and restore with an aesthetic crown (by James Metcalf).
